Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between CJ Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barton Fink (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson's entrance music is 2pac & Dr.Dre - California Love. A fine choice. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fink throws a head kick but Johnson moves out of range.
Fink throws a body punch but Johnson moves out of range.
It appears Johnson was looking to counter with a kick there.
Fink misses with a straight left.
Johnson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Fink at a distance.
Fink takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Johnson throws a leg kick which misses Fink's front leg but catches the back leg as Fink tries to avoid it.
Johnson connects with a right hand. Fink shakes it off.
Fink throws a body shot but no joy.
Fink misses with a hook. Johnson ducked under it nicely.
Fink throws a sloppy head kick and Johnson moves out of range easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Johnson drops back, looking for a kneebar! Fink looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Fink looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Fink!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johnson is trying to control Fink's posture but Fink avoids it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

CJ Johnson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Fink tries to bum rush Johnson with a series of wild strikes but Johnson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Johnson counters with a series of strikes. Fink will be more careful next time no doubt.

Fink is rocked!
Fink takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
BOOM! Johnson lands a beautiful left hook that drops Fink. Fink tries to recover but Johnson is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Fink lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

After winning the bout, CJ Johnson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
