Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gilberto Tucker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Black will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gilberto Tucker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Black!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black looks for the body kick but Tucker saw that one coming.

Black shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Black missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Black is just content to waste time from the top position. Tucker takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Tucker is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Black missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Black should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Black trying to control but Tucker is working from the bottom.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Black drives through and clinches with Tucker against the cage.

Black tries to land a knee to the head but Tucker blocks with his arms.
Black tries to stall but Tucker uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Black turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Black manages to end up in side control.

Black is looking to take a break and control but Tucker is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Tucker is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Black has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Tucker is looking for a sweep.

Tucker is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now.
Black tries to advance to mount but Tucker denies him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tucker is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Tucker is trying to control Black's posture but Black avoids it.
Black tries to score with some ground and pound. Tucker controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Tucker sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Black is taking a breather. Tucker says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Tucker tries to roll over but Black keeps him under control.
Black stops Tucker from getting back to his feet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Tucker has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Black is working away from the top position though.

Tucker misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Black tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tucker knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Tucker is not content to let Black control the position.

Tucker really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Black takes the fight into the clinch.
Black lands a damaging elbow.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Black looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Tucker!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Tucker is trying hard to land a takedown here. Black sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Black shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Black was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Black uses his free foot to push down on Tucker's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tucker.

Black has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Tucker is fighting off a takedown attempt but Black is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tucker to the mat. Tucker regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Tucker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Black feints and as Tucker raises his hands in defense, Black changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Black takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Black might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Tucker haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Black looking to sit in guard and control but Tucker gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Black is wriggling around but Tucker manages to pass to half guard.
Black is looking to escape.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Black is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Gilberto Tucker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jack Black is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Well Black has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
