Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mark Ruch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dereck Catone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mark Ruch has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mark Ruch seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dereck Catone!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Catone is looking to clinch but Ruch is avoiding it.
Ruch really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Catone closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Catone is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Ruch will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Catone tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Catone has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Catone lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Ruch down.
Catone in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Ruch wants to get back to his feet but Catone is dominant here and he's now got Ruch's back!
