The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longworth shoots in for a double leg but Blye sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Vinnie Longworth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Longworth wants to clinch up but Blye keeps it at a distance.
Blye throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Longworth shoots in and drives through. Blye sprawls well.
Lucas Blye has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vinnie Longworth.
Blye shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Longworth eats them both and turns towards Blye to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Longworth tries to clinch but Blye is having none of it.

Longworth goes for a double leg but Blye avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Blye continues to drive forward.

Blye moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Blye drops Longworth with a naaaaasty hook - Longworth is in real trouble here! Blye dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
