Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mikey Ares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kayan Imamov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ares might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Battle cry. On his way into the cage it seems that Mikey Ares has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mikey Ares seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jorge Garcia and Steve Montenegro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ares fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ares looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Ares takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Imamov throws a body shot but no joy.
Imamov feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Aress jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Imamov lands with a nice body punch.
Imamov lands a nice leg kick that just misses Ares's sensitive parts.
A jab from Imamov does it's job there.
Imamov's jab looks to have found its range, popping Ares under the eye.
Ares takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A cross from Imamov lands.
Kayan Imamov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Imamov has closed the distance and engaged Ares in a clinch.
Imamov lands an uppercut.
Imamov misses with a punch to the body.
Ares's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Imamov is leaning against Ares and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Imamov lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Ares is rocked!

Imamov misses with some punches.
Oh Ares is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ares definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Imamov lands a hook that snaps the head of Ares backwards.
Imamov lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Imamov creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Ares's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Ares drops to his knees and Imamov pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kayan Imamov!
A less than humble Kayan Imamov misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
Mikey Ares was interviewed post fight and said 'Maybe my training wasnt as effective this time; but you can sure bet youll see me with the strap!'.
