And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Derek Burns!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns throws a lazy head kick
letting Bradman counter with a right hand.
A low kick from Burns is predictable there
and Bradman makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Bradman connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Burns throws a body punch but Bradman moves out of range.
As Burns backs away, Bradman returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Burns throws a one two combo.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Burns.
Bradman takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bradman moves out of range of the body kick from Burns.
Bradman takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Bradman on the wrong end of a nice jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A punch combination from Burns misses.
Burns misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bradman throws a quick inside leg kick.
Burns misses with an uppercut
and Bradman counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bradman misses with a low kick.
Bradman fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Burns.
Bradman throws a leg kick that is checked
and Burns counters with a straight right hand.
Bradman blocks a head kick by Burns.
Bradman throwing a counter right hand but Burns manages to avoid it.
Bradman wants to slow Burns down by chopping away at his legs.
Bradman scores with a punch to the head.
Bradman works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Burns is rocked!
Burns throws a looping overhand right but Bradman ducks down to avoid it.
Burns looks to land a right hand but Bradman moved out of range.
Burns throws a hook but Bradman blocks it.
No joy there for Burns, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Burns tries to score with a low kick but Bradman moves his leg out of the way.
Burns misses with a double jab
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bradman moves out of range of the body kick from Burns.
Whack! Bradman lands a heavy head kick that drops Burns. The ref tackles Bradman to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Burns was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Don Bradman!
Don Bradman bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
