Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Almeida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Marcus Almeida has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Marcus Almeida seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almeida uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Nogueira.
Nogueira tries to close the distance and clinch up but Almeida swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Almeida wants the takedown. Nogueira is fighting it off but Almeida persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Nogueira's guard against the cage.
Almeida not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Nogueira, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
