Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dewanye Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Hope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wallace comes to the cage accompanied by Here We go again. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Hope as Wallace shoots in.
Horrible takedown by Wallace or perhaps it was just good defense by Hope which made him look bad.
Hope throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wallace.
Wallace shoots for a takedown but Hope saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Wallace has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Hope's face.
Wallace is landing with some decent strikes but Hope is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Hope's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Hope might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Wallace kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Hope stalks Wallace and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wallace's face. Wallace staggers backwards, shaken.
Hope connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Hope's corner calls for a 1-2. Hope obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
