The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doc lands a left and a right that sends Pangolinan crashing to the canvas! Doc dives into mount looking to finish!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Pangolinan is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Doc is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Doc has escaped and now he's on top!
Pangolinan is striking from the bottom but Doc uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.

Doc escapes and gets back to his feet.
Pangolinan walks into a stiff left hand from Doc.
Doc drops Pangolinan with a nice combination! Doc dives into Pangolinan's guard, looking to finish!

Pangolinan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Doc doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Doc manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Doc stands up and waves to Pangolinan to follow him.

Pangolinan has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Doc finds it's way round the side to connect with Pangolinan's head.
Doc fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pangolinan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Pangolinan throws a half hearted mid kick.
Doc swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Pangolinan.
Doc bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Pangolinan! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Doc throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Doc drops Pangolinan with a huge uppercut! Pangolinan drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Doc is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
