Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roy Brandon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lunchmeat Sandwich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lunchmeat Sandwich!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandon misses with a wild combination.
Sandwich fails with a takedown attempt.

and Brandon counters with a two punch combo.
Brandon is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Brandon misses with a series of wild punches.
Brandon misses the shot to the body.
Sandwich goes for a double leg but Brandon avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Brandon continues to drive forward.
Roy Brandon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lunchmeat Sandwich.
Sandwich throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Brandon breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Brandon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
No luck for Sandwich with that takedown attempt.
Sandwich shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Brandon as he jumps to the side.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Brandon!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brandon scores with a shot to the body.
Brandon lands a jab to Sandwich's midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Donk. Brandon catches Sandwich right on the button with a cross.
Sandwich changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brandon tries to avoid it but Sandwich manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brandon to the ground. Brandon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Brandon lands with a nice combination. Sandwich backs away looking to recover.
Sandwich shoots in looking for a takedown. Brandon tries to sprawl out of it but Sandwich keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brandon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Brandon throws a body shot but no joy.
Nice takedown defense from Brandon. No joy for Sandwich on that attempt.
Sandwich shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Brandon but Brandon pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Brandon wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Brandon drops Sandwich with a beautiful combination! Sandwich stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Brandon is looking for the KO!
Sandwich is rocked!
It looks like Lunchmeat Sandwich has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Sandwich is still on wobbly legs! Can Brandon finish him?
Brandon throws a series of punches but Sandwich avoids them all with ease.
Sandwich fails with the takedown
and Brandon counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Sandwich gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Sandwich tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Brandon is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Sandwich buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Sandwich!! Sandwich is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Brandon throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roy Brandon!
