Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vicente Johnston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abu Dhabi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dhabi moves forwards but Johnston connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Dhabi with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Dhabi just misses with a punch to the body.
Abu Dhabi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dhabi misses with a lunging right hand

and Johnston counters with a shoot takedown. Dhabi fights it but they end up in guard.

Johnston gets to his feet - Dhabi follows without any prompting.
Dhabi's coach down at Nonprofit Vegas Elite $50 ($1000 value) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dhabi's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Johnston uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dhabi.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Johnston counters by moving into the clinch.
Dhabi wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Johnston has him pressed against the cage.

Johnston breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Johnston shoots in but Dhabi avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Dhabi gets tackled into the cage by Johnston. Johnston maintains the clinch.
Johnston really is a fat lump.

Johnston gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Dhabi gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Johnston is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
