Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Llorent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nam Le (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nam Le will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Xavier Llorent!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Nam Le!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Llorent slips under a jab.
Le throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Le is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Llorent.
Le tries a head kick but it misses.
Llorent on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Le. Le obviously looking to wear him down.
Le lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Llorent blocks a head kick by Le.

Le gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Llorent controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Llorent throws a big right hand that misses.
Le being controlled here, momentarily.

Llorent wants to pass the guard but Le is keeping the position.

Llorent is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Llorent is stalling in the full guard.
Llorent has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Le looks to throw the jab but Llorent is out of range.

Llorent is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Le's half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Le is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Llorent has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Le defend it? Llorent steps over the head and cranks it - Le is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Llorent!
