And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Alexandre Firmino and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jimenez darts in looking for a takedown but Macari gets double underhooks and turns Jimenez into the cage.
Jimenez jumps guard but Macari stands there with Jimenez around his waist. Jimenez gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jimenez is trying to push Macari away but Macari has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Macari misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Jimenez.
Jimenez jumps guard and drags Macari to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Macari works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Jimenez wants to stand back up but Macari manages to pass into side control.
Jimenez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Macari on the ground.
Jimenez is looking for a sweep.
Macari is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Jimenez is trying to escape and Macari transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Jimenez is forced to tap! Nice work there by Macari! Very nice indeed!
