Echano lets loose with a powerful body kick. Blachowicz will feel that in the morning.

We've been informed that Echano has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

The fighters circle momentarily. Echano darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Blachowicz shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Echano as he avoids it easily.

Blachowicz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Echano swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Echano lands a nice looking body kick.
Echano shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Blachowicz eats them both and turns towards Echano to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Echano drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Blachowicz right on the button. Blachowicz goes down! Echano follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Echano gets the win via TKO!
