The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Callahan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Pierre waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Callahan.
Pierre scores with the left hand. Callahan knows he should have avoided that one.
Callahan moves out of range of the body kick.
Callahan throws a body punch but Pierre moves out of range.
Pierre uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Callahan.
Pierre throws a leg kick which misses Callahan's front leg but catches the back leg as Callahan tries to avoid it.
Callahan takes one on the button.
Pierre takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Ruben Pierre has been cut.
Pierre connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Callahan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Pierre misses with a few strikes there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pierre scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Pierre throws a leg kick which misses Callahan's front leg but catches the back leg as Callahan tries to avoid it.

Pierre tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pierre lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Callahan blocks a head kick by Pierre.
Pierre connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Callahan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pierre will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Callahan blocks a head kick by Pierre.
Callahan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Callahan moves out of range of the strikes.
Callahan lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Pierre goes down and covers up as Callahan starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
