Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Merle Reid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alistair Hari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alistair Hari told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reid slips a straight right by Hari.
Hari throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Reid sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Some wild striking there from Hari.

Hari closes the distance and clinches.
Reid tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hari just stands there and leans against the cage.
Hari lands an elbow just above Reid 's eye.

It looks like Merle Reid has been cut.
Reid is trying to break the clinch but Hari has him pressed against the cage.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Hari.
Reid dodges an elbow strike from Hari.
Hari lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Hari lands an elbow inside.

Merle Reid's cut is getting worse.
Reid takes an elbow to the temple.

Merle Reid's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Merle Reid's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
