The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head scores with a nice right hand.
Head shoots in for a takedown but Marcon shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Marcon lands a nice looking kick to the body. Head takes a step back to recover.
Head really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Head wants to take the fight to the mat but Marcon manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Head is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Marcon pulls him back up using the underhooks.
