Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tor The Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muf Tripod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tor The Hammer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tripod misses with a few strikes there.
A punch combination from Tripod misses.
The Hammer just misses with a punch to the body.

Tripod drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Tripod wants to pass the guard but The Hammer is keeping the position.
The Hammer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Tripod is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Tripod looking to sit in guard and control but The Hammer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Tripod is looking to sweep but instead, The Hammer has passed into half guard.

Tripod tries to roll over but The Hammer keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tripod has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. The Hammer is working away from the top position though.

Tripod is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but The Hammer pulls his head out easily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Tripod is looking for a sweep. The Hammer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The Hammer showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tripod.
The Hammer looks to score with a jab to the body but Tripod is just out of range.
The Hammer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tripod moves away.
The Hammer connects with the punch.

It looks like Muf Tripod has been cut.
Tripod misses with an uppercut.
The Hammer feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Tripod sprawling to the canvas! Tripod rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can The Hammer finish him?!

Tripod is rocked!

Tripod feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
A combination from Tripod does no damage.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Tripod.
Tripod is looking to take a break and control but The Hammer is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The Hammer prevents Tripod from moving into mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Tor The Hammer will probably get the nod.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

The Hammer misses with a few strikes there.
Tripod tries to clinch but The Hammer is having none of it.
The Hammer keeps the fight on the outside.

Tripod decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Tripod is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. The Hammer doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tripod.

Tripod is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed The Hammer to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Tripod seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Muf Tripod showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Tripod falls off balance throwing a combination
and The Hammer counters with a nice uppercut.
The Hammer lands with an uppercut that bounces Tripod off the cage and back into rage.
The Hammer cracks Tripod with an uppercut from hell and Tripod crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of The Hammer's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The Hammer gets to his feet. Tripod looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
The Hammer changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
The Hammer dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The Hammer lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Tripod takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Tripod looks up at the clock. Bad move! The Hammer lands a right hand from hell, dropping Tripod. The Hammer pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
