Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Autumn Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quintus Daedalus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter comes to the cage accompanied by Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys. Daedalus has chosen Spartacus Soundtrack as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Quintus Daedalus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Hunter darts in trying to clinch
and Daedalus counters with a one-two to the body.
Hunter fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Daedalus has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hunter feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Daedaluss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Hunter cracks Daedalus with a right hand to the side of the head.
Daedalus changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Hunter ducks under a wild hook from Daedalus.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Daedalus throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hunter's waist but Hunter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Daedalus off to one side.

Daedalus lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Daedalus looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hunter with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Hunter wants to improve his position but Daedalus is controlling well.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Hunter will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Daedalus lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Daedalus has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
