It looks like Anthony Dinozzo has been cut.
Dinozzo shoots for a double leg takedown but Van Helsing sprawls well. He's pushed Dinozzo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Van Helsing sends Dinozzo crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Van Helsing is motioning to the referee to let Dinozzo up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dinozzo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Van Helsing tries to avoid it but Dinozzo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Van Helsing to the ground. Van Helsing escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dinozzo throws a sloppy head kick and Van Helsing moves out of range easily.
Van Helsing dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Dinozzo walks straight into a right hand from Van Helsing - that's dropped him! Van Helsing jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Dinozzo from any more punishment! Dinozzo complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
