Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Prescott tries to keep at a distance but Brown has taken the fight into the clinch.
Brown lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Prescott or not.
Brown gets through Prescott's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Prescott is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Brown lands with a light punch inside.

Brown escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brown throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Prescott shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Prescott shoots in for a takedown but Brown shows good takedown defense.

Marcus Prescott's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Brown tries to clinch up but Prescott circles away and keeps his distance.

Brown is looking to wear down Prescott with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Brown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Prescott moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Brown works over Prescott's head and body with a nice combination.
Brown ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Prescott moves away.
Nice body kick there by Brown.
Prescott gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Brown.
Brown looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Prescott has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Brown connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Prescott's hands.
Brown throws a series of punches but Prescott moves out of range.
Brown throws a combination. Prescott tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Prescott changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brown tries to avoid it but Prescott manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brown to the ground. Brown escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brown stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Prescott shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brown as he avoids it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
