We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Stone has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Stone.

A slow jab from Kaioh misses its intended target.

Stone moves in looking to clinch but Kaioh pushes him off.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kaioh lands a nice elbow.
Stone has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kaioh is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Retsu Kaioh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Stone.

Stone wants to take the fight to the mat but Kaioh manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Kaioh lands a big knee! That's hurt Stone! Oh, he's all over the place! Kaioh lands another knee that sends Stone to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
