Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Rexar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ariel Piechocki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rexar comes to the ring accompanied by Big Shit Poppin'. Piechocki has chosen Thunder as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Paulo Santos.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rexar scores with a takedown into Piechocki's guard.
Piechocki has momentary wrist control but Rexar slips an elbow through the middle.
Rexar wants to pass the guard but Piechocki is keeping the position.

Piechocki kicks Rexar off and gets to his feet.
Piechocki takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Rexar sizes up Piechocki with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Ariel Piechocki has been cut.
Piechocki is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rexar.
Piechocki digs a good body shot into Rexar's ribs.

Rexar works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Piechocki is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Rexar has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Rexar misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Rexar wants to control but Piechocki is keeping him busy.
Piechocki felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Rexar in side control lands a decent elbow.
Rexar looks up at the clock and then as Piechocki takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Rexar smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Rexar lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Rexar tries to control but Piechocki wriggling away.
Rexar tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

As Tyler Rexar got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Great to be back on the winning column. I was really confident going in to the fight.
