Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lambert has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Prater tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lambert paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Lambert is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Prater knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Prater for a finish.

Lambert thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.

Lambert is working for a rear naked choke. Prater is not defending it well and Lambert has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Prater refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Prater's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
