Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Maverick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ola John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

John throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Maverick fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt John.

John creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Maverick sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Maverick lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and John has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from John and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Maverick cracks John with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

John shoots for a takedown but Maverick saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
John tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Maverick paws at him with a jab and circles away.

That's time! Maverick's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
