With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Eddie Kilpatrick!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newstead circles away from the clinch attempt.
Newstead throws a body punch but Kilpatrick moves out of range.
Newstead keeps the fight on the outside.
Kilpatrick throws a head kick that misses.
Kilpatrick is looking to clinch but Newstead is avoiding it.
Newstead fails in his attempt to clinch.
Newstead swings for the body but Kilpatrick moves out of range.
Newstead lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Kilpatrick has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Newstead stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

and Kilpatrick counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kilpatrick.

Newstead throws his legs up looking for a submission but Kilpatrick uses it to pass to side control.

Kilpatrick is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Newstead to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Newstead shrugs it off.
