Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferdinand dives in and grabs Evil's left leg, looking for a takedown. Evil pushes down on Ferdinand's head and hops out.
Evil lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Lamour Ferdinand seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ferdinand shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Evil but Evil pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Evil tries to clinch there but Ferdinand circles away.

Ferdinand will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ferdinand drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ferdinand jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Ferdinand is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Evil is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Ferdinand drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Ferdinand as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Evil screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Ferdinand! Nice submission victory there!
