Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ndye dodges the punch combination from Smith.
Ndye takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Ndye shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Smith's guard.
Smith is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Ndye wants to pass the guard but Smith is keeping the position.

Ndye postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Smith is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ndye, into his guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Ndye looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Ndye is trying to control the position but Smith postures up.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Matt Smith.
Ndye shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Smith defends it nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Smith escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ndye gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Ndye drops back looking for a leg! Smith is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Smith manages to kick Ndye off! Ndye jumps back into Smith's guard.
Ndye will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Smith holds on and takes a little breather.
Smith looking for a guillotine here but Ndye defends easily.
Smith working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ndye doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ndye manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ndye drops back, looking for a kneebar! Smith looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Smith looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Smith!

Smith slaps away a takedown attempt from Ndye, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Ndye fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Smith avoids it really well and circles away.
Smith cracks Ndye with an open hand slap.
Ndye shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Smith pinned against the cage. Smith gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Akachi Ndye. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Ndye is trying hard to land a takedown here. Smith sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Smith drops Ndye with a beautiful combination! Ndye stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Smith is looking for the KO!

Are you kidding me?! Smith ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Ndye clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!

Matt Smith decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
