Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gjermus Myrene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Tyson Hard has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tyson Hard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gjermus Myrene!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hard throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Myrene doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hard lunges at Myrene with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Myrene's hand.

Myrene rushes Hard and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
I was talking to Hard's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Myrene tries to work over Hard's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Myrene lands an elbow inside.

It looks like Tyson Hard has been cut.
Hard is trying to force a seperation but Myrene has the dominant position.
Myrene pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Myrene throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Hard breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Myrene looks to land a right hand but Hard moved out of range.
Myrene misses with a leg kick.
A left and a right from Hard both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Gjermus Myrene has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hard blocks a jab.
Hard scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Myrene moves in looking to clinch but Hard pushes him off.
Myrene tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hard manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Hard stuffs the takedown.
Tyson Hard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Myrene takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hard fails to land with a series of punches.
A combination from Myrene does no damage.
Hard fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Myrene looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Myrene tries to close the distance and clinch but Hard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Myrene has managed to clinch.

Hard breaks the clinch.
Myrene doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Myrene shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Tyson Hard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gjermus Myrene.
Hard throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Myrene colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Hard as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Myrene is left battered and dazed whilst Hard and his camp cheer!
