Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Micropop lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Micropop catches Amavimus with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
A punch lands to the side of Amavimus 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Micropop throws a combination that misses
and Amavimus counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Amavimus tries a head kick but it misses.
Micropop moves out of range as Amavimus strikes.
Klas Micropop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Micropop tries to close the distance and clinch up but Amavimus swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Micropop chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Amavimus can pounce on him.

Micropop lands a nice shot that snaps Amavimus's head back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Micropop misses with a punch to the body.
Micropop lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Amavimus struggles to land a body shot inside as Micropop controls his hands.
Micropop swings wildly with an uppercut but Amavimus uses good head movement to avoid it.
Micropop tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Amavimus wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Micropop misses with a short punch on the inside.
The referee calls for Micropop to work.

Amavimus swings wildly with an uppercut but Micropop uses good head movement to avoid it.

Amavimus tries to work over Micropop's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Micropop has Amavimus pressed against the cage, preventing Amavimus from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Amavimus swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Micropop misses with a hook to the ribs.
Amavimus breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Amavimus pulls out of a head kick attempt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Amavimus shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Micropop eats them both and turns towards Amavimus to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Amavimus lands a nice looking body kick.
A slow jab from Amavimus misses its intended target.
Amavimus scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
That has opened up Klas Micropop's cut even more.
Micropop finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Micropop keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Micropop tries to clinch but Amavimus moves out of range.
Amavimus comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Amavimus - that will leave a mark!
Micropop looks winded!
A punch combination from Amavimus misses.
Amavimus with a nice cross.
Amavimus wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Amavimus drops Micropop with a beautiful combination! Micropop stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Amavimus is looking for the KO!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Amavimus digs a good body shot into Micropop's ribs.
Micropop dodges the punch combination from Amavimus.
Micropop throws a hook to the side of Amavimus's head but Amavimus sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Amavimus cracks Micropop with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Amavimus has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Micropop to stand back up!
Micropop is rocked!
The cut above Klas Micropop's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Micropop throws a sloppy head kick and Amavimus moves out of range easily.
Amavimus Rushes Micropop and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Micropop is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Amavimus Piles on the pressure and Micropop crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ogustivimus Amavimus!
A very excited looking Ogustivimus Amavimus made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
