Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ric Landeverde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and IP Freely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Landeverde comes to the cage accompanied by Napalm & Erruption- In San Francisco. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freely changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Landeverde tries to avoid it but Freely manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Landeverde to the ground. Landeverde escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Freely has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Freely will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
