And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hulk Hogan!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogan throws a leg kick that is checked
and Adams counters with a big head kick but Hogan shrugs it off.
Hogan thows a leg kick but Adams checks it
and Adams counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Hogan is lucky that one didn't land flush.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hogan.
Adams walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hogan checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Some bone on bone action there as Adams checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Hogan goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Hogan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hogan throws a head kick but Adams moves out of range.
Hogan throws a quick inside leg kick.
Hogan throws a leg kick that misses.

Hogan drops Adams with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Adams looks back up at him and smiles so Hogan waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Adams is rocked!

It looks like Huey Adams has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hogan lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Oh Adams is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A nice leg kick lands there from Hogan.
Hogan tries a head kick but it misses.
Hogan throws a head kick that misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Good leg kick by Hogan there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Adams is breathing heavily.
Hogan thumps Adams with a low kick.
Hogan throws a nice outside leg kick.
Whack! Hogan lands a heavy head kick that drops Adams. The ref tackles Hogan to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Adams was done.
