The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick lands from Silva that sends Kongo to the canvas. Kongo tries to scramble back to his feet but Silva brings him back down into side control.
Kongo is rocked!
It looks like Thierry Kongo has been cut.
You can see the frustration on Kongo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Kongo is still in real trouble! Can Silva finish him?
Kongo is trying to get back to half guard.
Silva decides to stand back up. Silva steps back and let's Kongo get back to his feet.
Kongo seems to have recovered his senses.
Silva connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Kongo to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Silva!
