The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeem looks to clinch
and Weber counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Overeem!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Overeem tries to escape but Weber is in control.
Overeem is looking to get back to his feet here but Weber is keeping cool and he's managed to take Overeem's back.

Overeem is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Weber is defending well for now.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Weber stands up and beckons Overeem to join him on the feet.

Weber throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Overeem was covering up waiting for the punch and Weber finishes the takedown easily into guard.
