Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeem tries to bum rush Makers with a series of wild strikes but Makers uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Overeem displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Makers throws out the jab.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Overeem. Makers shrugs it off though.
Overeem throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
