El Bunt has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

and Pakka counters with a nice low kick that buckles El Bunt's knee momentarily.
Pakka walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

El Bunt throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Pakka breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The fighters circle momentarily. El Bunt darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A head kick from Pakka lands but El Bunt takes it in his stride.
Pakka looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Pakka moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
El Bunt throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Pakka's head.
El Bunt thuds his right hand into Pakka's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Pakka swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by El Bunt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pakka bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of El Bunt's head.

El Bunt throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

El Bunt paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Wakka Pakka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

El Bunt takes a kick to the side of the head.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Wakka Pakka will probably get the nod.

Pakka fakes a jab and throws a low kick but El Bunt checks it well.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
