The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franks with a nice cross.
Franks misses with a series of wild punches.

ODochaty closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Franks's guard.
ODochaty engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

ODochaty wants to work for an arm triangle but Franks is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Tom Franks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

ODochaty shoots in for a takedown but Franks shows good takedown defense.

Franks connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed ODochaty momentarily.
ODochaty dodges the punch combination from Franks.
Franks looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
ODochaty on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

A close round but Patick ODochaty will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

ODochaty misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The fighters circle momentarily. Franks darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Patick ODochaty has been cut.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Franks is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by ODochaty.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Franks!

Franks drops ODochaty with a naaaaasty hook - ODochaty is in real trouble here! Franks dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

A very excited looking Tom Franks rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
