The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sandwich with a poor takedown
and Felterbush counters with a left to the body.
Sandwich doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Sandwich takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Felterbush throws a looping overhand right but Sandwich ducks down to avoid it.
Sandwich looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Felterbush has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Hey Steve's Fight Shack in the buildup to the fight.
Jody Felterbush has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lunchmeat Sandwich.

Lunchmeat Sandwich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Felterbush rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sandwich moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sandwich takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
