Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Voda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Risto Korpisuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Voda might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lamb of God - Walk With Me In Hell. Korpisuo has chosen Eläkeläiset - Humpparaakki as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Voda misses.

Voda rushes Korpisuo and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Korpisuo drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Voda gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Voda breaks from the clinch.
Jeremy Voda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Voda lands a nice leg kick that just misses Korpisuo's sensitive parts.
Korpisuo avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Voda cracks Korpisuo with an open hand slap.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Korpisuo throws a body shot but no joy.
A bone on bone clash there as Voda blocks the leg kick.
Voda connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Korpisuo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Korpisuo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice defenses there by Korpisuo.
Voda just misses with a punch to the body.
Voda fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Voda throws a looping overhand right but Korpisuo ducks down to avoid it.
Voda bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Korpisuo's head backwards.
Voda tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Korpisuo was well out of range. Poor timing from Voda.
Voda seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Korpisuo on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Korpisuo misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jeremy Voda has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Risto Korpisuo.
Korpisuo shoots in but Voda avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Korpisuo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Voda. Voda obviously looking to wear him down.
Korpisuo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Voda is fending him off so far but Korpisuo persists. Nope, Voda circles away and we're back to standing.
Korpisuo fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Voda swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Korpisuo.

Voda scores with a jab to the head.

Korpisuo is rocked!
Voda lands a brutal uppercut that launches Korpisuo off his feet! Korpisuo tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
