Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hude Gomes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Arthur Fonzerelo!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fonzerelo shoots in and gets a takedown into Gomes's guard.
Fonzerelo stays in close to Gomes's body and controls the position.
Gomes keeping moving, preventing Fonzerelo from controlling successfully.
Fonzerelo looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Fonzerelo slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Gomes looking to control.
Gomes is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Fonzerelo is aware though and is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gomes is looking to stand up but Fonzerelo isn't so interested in that idea.
Fonzerelo looking to pass the guard.
Gomes is trying to keep Fonzerelo in close.
Gomes knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fonzerelo on the ground.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Gomes tries to clinch but Fonzerelo moves out of range.
Fonzerelo shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fonzerelo looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Fonzerelo trying to control the action but Gomes is working from the bottom.
Fonzerelo not doing much here.
It looks like Fonzerelo might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Fonzerelo passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Gomes!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fonzerelo working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Gomes turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Fonzerelo off and cradles Gomes's limp body as Fonzerelo celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Arthur Fonzerelo!
As Arthur Fonzerelo got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Hey! you're not "Shogun" you're a big fat phony!'.
