Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marco Basa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Garrett Boswell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Paul Gruel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boswell jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Basa lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Basa swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Boswell.
The crowd cheers as Basa lands an impressive looking overhand right. Boswell doesn't seem phased though.
Basa takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Boswell takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Boswell walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Garrett Boswell hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Boswell connects with a nice short shot to Basa's temple.
