The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meech throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Andreasson.
Andreasson shoots for a takedown but Meech saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Meech throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Andreasson throws a series of punches but Meech avoids them all with ease.
Andreasson tries to close the distance and clinch but Meech swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Patches Meech has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Liam Andreasson.

Andreasson shoots in looking for a takedown but Meech manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Andreasson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Meech throws a right and a left that Andreasson avoids nicely.
Andreasson shoots in looking for a takedown. Meech tries to sprawl out of it but Andreasson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Meech manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Meech counters with a three punch combo that has Andreasson backing up. Andreasson nods at Meech to acknowledge the strikes.

Meech catches Andreasson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Meech throws a series of punches but Andreasson avoids them all with ease.
Patches Meech is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Meech will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Andreasson darts in looking for a takedown but Meech gets double underhooks and turns Andreasson into the cage.

Andreasson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Andreasson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Meech circles away.
Meech cracks Andreasson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Andreasson is rocked!
Meech circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Andreasson to the canvas! Andreasson doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Meech keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

A very excited looking Patches Meech rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
