Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between TJ Dilashaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bam Bam Bang Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bam Bam Bang Bang told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bang Bang's coach down at WildBoar's Pig Pen (Strength and Conditioning) $40 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Bang Bang's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
