Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hannibal Lyons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davaanyamyn Byambadorj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Byambadorj has chosen OST as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Lyons tenderised Byambadorj's leg. Byambadorj is trying to keep his angry face on.
Lyons throws a left and a right that both miss
and Byambadorj counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Byambadorj misses with an uppercut. Lyons saw that one coming.
Lyons takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Byambadorj throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

and Lyons holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Byambadorj wants to get back to striking at distance but Lyons won't allow it.
Byambadorj tries to break the clinch but Lyons is controlling the position.
Lyons manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Byambadorj wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lyons has him pressed against the cage.

Byambadorj's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lyons throws a chopping leg kick but Byambadorj manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lyons working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Byambadorj wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Lyons is now in half guard.
Byambadorj keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Lyons throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Byambadorj tries to kick Lyons off but Lyons keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Byambadorj has hold of Lyons's hands but Lyons slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Byambadorj manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Lyons keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Byambadorj has had enough of the clinch but Lyons keeps him there for the moment.
A right hook to the body lands for Lyons.
Byambadorj is looking to break free of the clinch but Lyons has double underhooks.
Lyons lands a body shot in the clinch.

Lyons lands an uppercut.
A nice left hand lands by Lyons.
Lyons lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Lyons presses Byambadorj against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Lyons throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Lyons breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lyons connects with a good right hand that stumbles Byambadorj. Byambadorj circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Lyons scores with a jab to the body.

Lyons shoots in looking for a takedown. Byambadorj tries to sprawl out of it but Lyons keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Byambadorj manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lyons sends Byambadorj crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Lyons is motioning to the referee to let Byambadorj up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Byambadorj is rocked!
Byambadorj walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Byambadorj limp body while Lyons jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hannibal Lyons!
