Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Xiao Long Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarmo Laukkanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Li's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Dragon Punch!. Laukkanen has chosen The Mutilation of Christ as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laukkanen lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Li backs up against the cage.
It looks like Xiao Long Li has been cut.
We've been informed that Laukkanen has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Li misses with a wild body shot.
Laukkanen throws a head kick that misses.
Li looks to land a right hand but Laukkanen moved out of range.
Li takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Laukkanen takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Li fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Laukkanen.
Laukkanen takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Laukkanen lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Li has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Li and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Li throws out a leg kick but Laukkanen moves out of range and Li only half commits.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Laukkanen crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Li - the referee stops the clock and Laukkanen gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Li. Laukkanen manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Laukkanen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Li tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Laukkanen is able to avoid easily.

Laukkanen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Laukkanen throws a sloppy head kick and Li moves out of range easily.
Li throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Xiao Long Li will probably get the nod.

That's time! Li's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

We've been told by Li's head coaches at Vicious Striking that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Laukkanen dives in and grabs Li's left leg, looking for a takedown. Li pushes down on Laukkanen's head and hops out.
