Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lex Luther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Alexander Rose has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alexander Rose!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lex Luther!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Bruno Lombardi and Franklyn Lucas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose shoots for a takedown but Luther saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Rose will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rose could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Luther rushes Rose and presses him up against the cage.
Rose changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Luther fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Luther shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rose as he jumps to the side.

Luther closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Luther looks gassed!
Rose manages to get back to half guard.
Rose manages to get to full guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Rose is looking to sinch up a triangle. Luther throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Rose's body to avoid the submission. Rose has instead reached around Luther's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Rose arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
