Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Mvungi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enrico Ciccone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mvungi comes into the arena with Professor Jay ft. Ferooz - Nikusaidiaje? blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ciccone uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mvungi.
Mvungi moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Ciccone takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Enrico Ciccone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ciccone moves out of range as Mvungi strikes.
Ciccone works over Mvungi's head and body with a nice combination.
Mvungi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Ciccone throws an overhand right that lands on Mvungi's shoulder, as Mvungi tries to avoid the shot.

Ciccone goes for a double leg but Mvungi avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mvungi continues to drive forward.
Ciccone has a couple of punches blocked by Mvungi.
Mvungi stops a takedown attempt from Ciccone.
Ciccone has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mvungi is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Jonathan Mvungi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Enrico Ciccone.

Ciccone has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Mvungi after a bit of a struggle.
Mvungi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mvungi changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Ciccone throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mvungi's waist but Mvungi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ciccone off to one side.
Jonathan Mvungi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Ciccone has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Enrico Ciccone has been cut.

Ciccone is rocked!
Mvungi throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Ciccone colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Mvungi as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Ciccone is left battered and dazed whilst Mvungi and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jonathan Mvungi!
