Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Tucker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Robert Gordon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dan Tucker!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tucker scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gordon doesn't seem bothered though.
Nice cross by Tucker.
Tucker lands a nice looking body shot.
Tucker ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Tucker has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Gordon is landing a low percentage of strikes.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tucker looks to land a combination. Gordon sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Dan Tucker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gordon takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The fighters circle momentarily. Tucker darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Tucker changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Gordon takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Gordon is breathing heavily.
Tucker dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Tucker fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gordon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Gordon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Tucker scores with a jab to the head.
Gordon takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tucker fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Gordon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A shot to the liver by Tucker. Beautiful body shot.
Tucker scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Tucker throws a one two combo.
Dan Tucker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Tucker cracks a nice hook into Gordon's ribs.
Tucker lands with a cross.
Jab by Tucker.
Gordon takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Tucker throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gordon stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Tucker cracks Gordon with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Gordon looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Tucker finish him?


Gordon is rocked!
Tucker lands a jab to Gordon's midsection.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Tucker lands a big uppercut and Gordon crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Gordon looks OK. Tucker waves Gordon back to his feet!
Oh Gordon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Tucker lands a big right hand that sends Gordon crashing to the mat! Tucker stays standing though and waves Gordon back to his feet!
Gordon takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Gordon seems to have got his legs back now.
Tucker jabs Gordon to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Tucker is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Gordon had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Tucker scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Tucker lands a nice looking body shot.

Tucker feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gordon sprawling to the canvas! Gordon rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tucker finish him?!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Tucker lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
BAM! Tucker delivers a spinning backfist that drops Gordon like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Spinning Backfist). Dan Tucker!
