PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kuuya Ueda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bravo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Johnny Bravo's Theme. Ueda has chosen UnderDog - Test Eagles as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Bravo misses its intended target.
Ueda tries to clinch but Bravo is having none of it.
Ueda tries to close the distance and clinch but Bravo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bravo paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Bravo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ueda's waist but Ueda gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bravo off to one side.
Bravo throws a body kick that misses.
Bravo shoots in for a takedown but Ueda shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ueda doesn't manage to clinch there - Bravo circles away.

Bravo is staying active underneath Ueda, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bravo is looking to take a break and control but Ueda is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Ueda gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Ueda really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bravo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bravo goes for an armbar but Ueda turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Ueda.

Jumping up and down and very excited, Kuuya Ueda waved his t-shirt featuring Kore Fight Nutrition [TG]'s logo in front of the cameras.
Johnny Bravo was interviewed post fight and said 'Yeah, whatever!'.
