Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hal Tamner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Otto Kaikkonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaikkonen has chosen Duran Duran - WIld Boys as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamner connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Tamner lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Kaikkonen on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Tamner fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tamner shoots in for a double leg but Kaikkonen sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kaikkonen throws a body kick that misses.
Tamner rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kaikkonen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Tamner feints a jab promting Kaikkonen to slip. Tamner then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Kaikkonen slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Tamner tries to bum rush Kaikkonen with a series of wild strikes but Kaikkonen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Kaikkonen's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Tamner connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kaikkonen scrambles back to his feet.

Tamner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kaikkonen pinned against the cage. Kaikkonen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Tamner goes for a double leg but Kaikkonen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kaikkonen continues to drive forward.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hal Tamner. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Tamner tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kaikkonen sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tamner somewhat.
Tamner misses with a few strikes there.
Tamner looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kaikkonen takes one on the button.
Tamner throws a looping overhand right but Kaikkonen ducks down to avoid it.
Kaikkonen is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
